Η διακρατική έκθεση έχει εκπονηθεί στο πλαίσιο του ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος DIMA. Η έκθεση περιγράφει τις στρατηγικές, πολιτικές και τα εργαλεία τα οποία έχουν εισαχθεί και εφαρμόζονται στο πεδίο της εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων στις χώρες εταίρους: Κύπρο, Ιρλανδία, Σλοβακία και Σλοβενία.
The aim of DIMA is to create a practical and innovative toolkit for developing, implementing and monitoring coherent and participative adult education strategies. This, in turn, will allow adult education providers and local authorities to actively contribute to national and EU adult education policies, increasing adult participation in education and training in a lifelong learning perspective.
The implementation of the DIMA products in Slovakia was conducted with 20 stakeholders from the field of adult learning. The stakeholders were selected in order to demographically cover the whole country (Bratislava, Trnava, Trenčín, Levice, Žilina, Prešov, Spišská Nová Ves, Brezno, Michalovce, etc.).
EAEA tested the platform during the meeting of the Working Group of the European Commission on Adult Learning.Among the members of the group there are representatives of national ministries, civil society, adult education umbrella organisations working at the national and European level and representatives of the European Commission and EU agencies
